Background

The Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) were officially implemented on July 1, 2020, replacing previous NICNAS. The basic principle of AICIS is to regulate substance risks so as to more scientifically control the environmental and health risks caused by chemicals. This seminar will mainly share with you the management requirements of the new AICIS, and introduce in detail how to confirm the chemical introduction categorisation and compliance obligations under the new legislation.
