Background

2015年2月，泰国工业部（MOI）发布通知，要求生产、进口特定危害分类的危险化学物质的企业对这些物质进行物质申报，申报后的物质将被作为泰国危险物质名录的附件5.6进行管理。同时，企业也可以通过附件5.6的申报使其生产、进口的物质被列入泰国的现有物质名录。第一版泰国现有物质名录的申报工作将于2016年12月31日截止。
