Summary

On February 14, 2022, Taiwan Ministry of Labor released the amendments to the List of Designated Priority Management Chemicals in accordance with the Article 2 of the revised Regulation Governing Designating and Handling of Priority Management Chemicals (issued on November 5, 2021). The authorityhas reduced the number of priority management chemicals from 1,173 to 1,148. The amendments will take into effect on April 1, 2022.
