Summary

On 5 Nov 2015, Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor (MOL) announced the list of Phase I Designated Priority Management Chemical Substances based on Article 2 (2) of the Regulation Governing Designating and Handling of Priority Management Chemicals (hereafter referred to as the Regulation). The List includes two parts, 83 chemical substances of CMR, Category 1, and other 420 chemical substances all possess physical hazards or health hazards (MoL news). The list became effective immediately.
