On January 24, 2023, Department of Environment and Natrual Resources (DENR) issued an Administrative Order No.2020-02 to release Implementation Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 11898. The EPR IRR provides specific guidelines for the implementation of the RA, especially detailing the components and registration procedures of an EPR Program, audits, incentives, etc.
