The Provisions is revised from the “Provisions on the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods (2005)”

The updated 2013 version is very similar to the previous version, mainly including the following 7 parts:

1. General provisions which specify the scope of application

2. Road transport permit of dangerous goods

3. Management on vehicles and transportation equipment

4. Specific requirements for transporting dangerous goods by road

5. Supervision and examination

6. Legal liabilities

7. Supplementary rules

But it puts forward more detailed and stringent requirements for road transportation operators and chemical companies that transport dangerous goods by road on their own.
