On May 24, 2021, the Philippine Environmental Management Bureau under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-EMB) issued Memorandum Circular No. 2021-08 to add 52 additional chemicals to the Philippines Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances (PICCS). The changes became effective immediately.
