The Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act Enforcement Rules is promulgated pursuant to Article 43 of the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act (Taiwan TCSCA). It was first published on 2 August 1989. After several times of revision, the current version was promulgated on 17 December 2007 and came into force upon the date of promulgation. The Enforcement Rules is compiled to supplement and clarify some articles of the Taiwan TCSCA.
