The Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act Enforcement Rules is promulgated pursuant to Article 43 of the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act (Taiwan TCSCA) to supplement and clarify some articles of the Taiwan TCSCA.. It was first published in 1989 and revised for several times.

For this revision, the previous Article 4 for submission of toxicity information of Class 4 toxic chemicals was deteled since the authority has promulgated another regulation for Class 4 toxic chemcial management. In addition, the Article 7 about joint prevention organization was revised.
