According to section 5 paragraph two, section 23 paragraph two and section 27 paragraph two of the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992), any person who produces, imports, exports or has in possession a type 3 hazardous substance shall apply for permission from Ministry of Industry. This regulation partially amened the MInisterial Regulation B.E. 2537 (1994), optimizing the procedures for the application of permit for the import, export, production, or possession of Type 3 hazardous substance.
