According to section 5 paragraph two, section 23 paragraph two and section 27 paragraph two of the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992), any person who produces, imports, exports or has in possession a type 3 hazardous substance shall apply for permission from Ministry of Industry. This regulation partially amened the MInisterial Regulation B.E. 2537 (1994) and Ministerial Regulation (No.4) B.E. 2555 (2012), further clarifying the provisions concerning the modification and renewal of the Hazardous Substance Permit for activities concerning Type 3 hazardous substances, and ensure the corresponding processes are in line with the Electronic Government Service Act B.E. 2565 (2022).
