Summary

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/197, published on January 5, 2024, is the 21st Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) of the CLP Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008). It amends Annex VI of the CLP Regulation by introducing new harmonised classifications and labelling for 28 substances and revising 24 existing entries.
