Summary

On September 30, 2024, the European Commission published Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2564. This regulation amends Annex VI, Part 3, Table 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation) to update the harmonised classification and labelling of certain hazardous substances, including new entries, modifications, and deletions.
