On December 5, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine published Resolution No. 1598 Amendments to Resolutions Regarding Technical Regulations on Chemical Safety (UA-CLP and UA-REACH). Issued under the responsibility of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, this regulation extends key implementation, pre-registration, and registration deadlines under the UA-CLP and UA-REACH frameworks and updates the designated competent authority.
