This inventory is an augmented version on the 2011 draft Use Quantities Standard for the First Batch of Hazardous Chemicals, a list of the first batch of HCs under priority management with their designed annual quantity thresholds for the application of the HC Safe Use Permit.

The 2013 version lists 75 hazardous chemicals, together with their CAS numbers and annual use quantity limits. The new list has added 13 new substances based on the 62 hazardous chemicals released in the 2011 draft standard. Of the 13 new substances, 12 come from the “List of Second Batch of Hazardous Chemicals under Priority Management (draft)” published in February this year.
