South Korea introduced the concept of 'substance with unconfirmed hazards' under K-REACH and reclassified 'toxic chemicals' to impose more appropriate control under K-CCA based on hazard level. Vietnam enacted Law No. 69/2025/QH15 on Chemicals, effective January 1, 2026.
