On 5 Jan 2011, the Chemical Registration Center of China MEP (CRC-MEP) issued the annual report template for new chemical substances registered through simplified notification under China New Chemical Substance Notification (China NCSN). The detailed guidance was issued along with the report template to specify how to fill in the annual report. Since no new chemical substance has been approved through the regular notification under China NCSN by that time, the 2011 annual report template is just complied for simplified notification, which requires the registration certificate holder to submit mainly 6 aspects of information:
Information of the new chemical substances notified
Information of the registration certificate holder

Practical activities of production or import
Adjustment or supplement to the registration information
Additional information
The information of the new chemical substances notified including the certification No., date of the first-time activity, the registration date, the registered tonnage, name of the registered new chemical substance,etc.
As for the information of the practical activities, information such as the the total amount manufactured or imported, number of actual manufacturing days, number of imports, port of import, amount and times transferred after import or manufacture, the details of the primary company in receipt of the transfer, etc. should be submitted.
The additional information can be a supplement to the information of the practical activities, such as the practical effects on environment, the potential of scientific research derived from practical activities, the experience of environmental risk control and pollution prevention, etc.
