Summary

On 31 Dec 2012, the Chemical Registration Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection (CRC-MEP) issued the trial template of annual report for notified new chemical substances. The annual report for the first time requires the import information of the country (region) of departure and HS Code. (ChemLinked news released on 5 Jan 2013, ChemLinked news released on 10 Jan 2013)

The submission of annual report is due on 1 Feb every year. Before the deadline, the registration certificate holder can revise and submit the annual report multiple times through the submission software.

Apart from a new requirement for a summary of the information of all the registration certificates acquired, the annual report template contains three forms:

  • Form1 Information of Registration Certificate without Practical Activities

  • Form2 Information of Simplified Notification with Practical Activities

  • Form3 Information of Regular Notification with Practical Activities
