Summary

On July 9, 2025, Vietnam MOIT issued the consolidated document Circular No. 27/VBHN-BCT, which integrates Circular No. 32/2017/TT-BCT and its amendment Circular No.17/2022/TT-BCT, and deletes provisions related to administrative procedures which are now specified under Circular No.38/2025/TT-BCT on amendments to some regulations on delegation of powers to initiate administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
