Summary

On March 9, 2020, MOIT issued the update Detailed regulations and guidance on the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Chemicals (Decree No.113/2017/ND-CP), which was amended in accordance with the newly issued Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of Decree Related to Conditions of Business Investment under the Field of State Management of MOIT (No. 17/2020/ND-CP). The amendment includes the supplement of the information on products that exempt from the Law and the repealing of some provisions and will come into effect on March 22, 2020.
