The Provisions is revised from the “Provisions on the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods (2016)”, issued by the Decision of the Ministry of Transport on the Revision of the Regulations on the Administration of Road Dangerous Goods Transport on 28 November 2019. These provisions regulate road transport operations of dangerous goods. Accodring to the 2019 version, the original Article 17 has been deleted.
