On Sep 3rd, 2019, the revision to Taiwan’s Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act Enforcement Rules was approved with the changes scheduled to take effect on Jan 16th, 2020. Taiwan EPA aligned the enforcement rules with the new Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act(TCCSCA, promulgated in Jan 2019, previously known as Taiwan TCSCA), and renamed it as the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act Enforcement Rules. The Enforcement Rules was firstly published in 1989 and has been updated six times since then. It functions as one of the most important supporting documents to the TCCSCA. 

The revised Enforcement Rules will come into effect on Jan 16^th, 2020, the same implementation date as Taiwan TCCSCA.
