Summary

According to section 5 paragraph two, section 23 paragraph two and section 27 paragraph two of the Hazardous Substance Act B.E. 2535 (1992), any person who produces, imports, exports or has in possession a type 3 hazardous substance shall apply for permission from Ministry of Industry. This notification explains the application and criteria of the permit and which activities are allowed under the permit. The duties of the permit recipient are also elaborated.
