Mrs. Lebedeva graduated from the Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia specializing in Polymer Technology. Started career as a researcher in international projects of the Russian Academy of Sciences, she has over 12 years of experience in chemical industry regulatory compliance, the last 5 years of which were spent at SIBUR working on numerous aspects of chemical regulation of various countries.
