Mr. Tuan Thanh Le works at the Customs Control and Supervision Division of Vietnam Customs. Mr Thanh responsible for overseeing, managing, and providing strategic guidance on sectoral policies in the field of Transport; supervising and advising on the management of goods under the specialized jurisdiction of
the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defence, including policies governing security and defence-related goods in accordance with foreign trade regulations; and directing policy matters concerning chemicals, chemical precursors, explosive precursors, and industrial explosives.
