On November 4, 2022, the revised Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Labelling and SDS Regulation was make public in the offical Gazette. The amendments took effect immediately, except for Article 3 and Article 4 which will come into force on October 31, 2023.

On Oct. 27, China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) opened 10 new varieties of food-related products for public feedback, including three new additive varieties used in food contact materials (FCM) and articles, two FCM additives with expanded application scope, and five new resins.
