K-REACH: Guidance on Preparation of Chemical Safety Report

The CSR documents the information on risks associated with the substances as well as descriptions of how to handle and control them. The revised Enforcement Rules of the Act on Registration and Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances (hereafter referred to as K-REACH Enforcement Rules) was promulgated on December 28th, 2018 by MoE Decree No. 790. The Enforcement Rules came into effect on January 1st, 2019. However, the amended provisions of Article 35 (2) and Article 35-2 shall enter into force on January 16th, 2021.
