The Chinese Ministry of Transport (MoT) announced the revised Provisions on the Administration of the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Provision), which took effect immediately. The Provision was initially issued on July 12, 2005, and has undergone four subsequent revisions in 2013, 2016, 2019, and 2023. Its most recent revision was adopted on November 10, 2023, and has been made public on December 4, 2023.
