Summary

On July 26, 2024,  the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine released the Resolution on the Approval of the Technical Regulation on the safety of chemical products (also known as Ukraine REACH), which is modeled after EU REACH. This Technical Regulation shall come into force on January 26, 2025.
