Brazil Issues 2026 Draft Resolution for RoHS Regulation

The proposed RoHS regulation, which is closely based on the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, aims to restrict the use of 10 hazardous substances in various types of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).
