Cosmetic ingredient manufacturers or their authorized enterprises can log on to the platform to submit ingredient safety-related information. A Technical Guidance for Submission of Cosmetic Ingredients Safety Information was issued to guide enterprises to correctly use the submission platform and standardize the submission of cosmetic ingredient safety information.
