China MEE Issues the Measures on the Management of Carbon Emission Trade (Trial)

On January 5^th, 2021, China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) issued the Measures on the Management of Carbon Emission Trade (Trial) ^[1]  (hereinafter refers to “the Measures”), aiming to standardize national carbon emissions trading and related activities. The Measures is scheduled to enter into effect on February 1^st, 2021.
