GB 4806.10-2025 will take effect on September 2, 2026, replacing GB 4806-2016.

On September 25, 2025, China’s National Health Commission (NHC) announced the adoption of GB 4806.10-2025 Paints and Coatings in Food Contact Materials and Articles, which will take effect on September 2, 2026. It’s a revision to GB 4806-2016.
