China to Accelerate the Establishment of a Green, Low-Carbon, and Circular Development Economic System

On February 2^nd, 2021, the State Council of China issued the Instructions on Accelerating the Establishment and Improvement of a Green, Low-Carbon, and Circular Development Economic System ^[1], which clarified 85 main tasks from 6 different aspects. The Instruction will play an important role in the accomplishment of China’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets.
