ECHA Consults on Adding 2 Substances to SVHC List

Norway and France are proposing bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl) peroxide and triphenyl phosphate to be identified as SVHC. The consultation period will close on April 15, 2024.

European Chemical Agency (ECHA) is consulting on identifying 2 substances as substances of very high concern (SVHC). The proposals are brought up by Norway and France with prepared dossiers in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex XV to REACH. ECHA will accept comments until April 15, 2024
