On 16 Oct 2013, China MEP publishes the statistics of the Scientific Research Record Notification (SRRN) under China New Chemical Substance Notification (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH). In total, 235 SRRNs covering 364 substances have been approved from July to September. The follow-up import or manufacture of these new substances is approved in China at the annual tonnage below 0.1 t/y for the sole purpose of scientific research.
