Summary

To ensure the accuracy and reliability of eco-toxicological test data and further improve the operational practice of testing institutes, the MEP released a notice about application requirements for accredited labs to provide eco-toxicological test data for China New Chemical Substance Notification(China NCSN).

Any testing institutes meeting the application conditions can apply to the Department of Pollution Prevention and Control of MEP for being officially accredited by submitting the application form and related materials before May 5, 2010. The one passing the preliminary review of materials would be further inspected by MEP to evaluate whether it is qualified during a period of May to August.
