Summary

To standardize the operation and testing practice of testing organizations, improve data accuracy and reliability required for the China New Chemical Substance Notification (China NCSN), MEP in 2010 announced another two accredited labs for China NCSN accepted eco-toxicological test data following the first batch of seven accredited MEP-approved Chinese laboratories released in 2009. The newly approved two labs are:

  1. Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry Testing Center (上海化工研究院检测中心), which is accredited to provide eco-toxicological test data for the general case of simplified notification

  2. Guizhou Research Center of Physical Test and Chemical Analysis (贵州省理化测试分析研究中心), which is accredited to provide eco-toxicological test data for the general case of simplified notification and for the Band 1 of the regular notification.
