Professor Li is a research scientist from SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry (BRICI), China. He possesses more than 30 years’ experience in research with regards to chemical safety, hazard identification, environmental risk assessment and control.
As a project leader or key participant, he presided over or participated in more than 10 national and ministerial scientific research projects and international cooperation projects. He edited and co-published 9 monographs, including 3 monographs by his own, the International Chemical Safety Management Strategy, the Guidance and Examples of CHS Classification Methods of Chemicals and the Guidance for Preparation of Chemical Safety Data Sheet. He has published more than 70 papers in proceedings of academic conferences and scientific journals at home and abroad.
