For the general case of simplified notification, excepting Melting Point, Water Solubility and n-Octanol/Water Partition Coefficient tests, there are at most 3 eco-toxicological tests needed: ready biodegradability, acute aquatic organism toxicity and acute terrestrial organism toxicity.
