China Updates the Guideline to Develop Emergency Response Plans for Workplace Accidents

The guideline specifies the content requirements for emergency response plans for enterprises workplace accidents, as well as the main content and attachments of the general emergency response plan, special emergency response plan, and on-site response plan. The updated guideline will enter into effect on April 1st, 2021.

Three Chemical Businesses in Yancheng Expected to Resume Production 8 Months after Xiangshui Explosion

On November 10, 2019, the People’s Government of Dafeng District, Yancheng City published three notices, announcing that three chemical companies in its jurisdiction (including Jiangsu Huifeng Bio Agriculture Co., Ltd. [1], Jiangsu Haixing Chemical Co., Ltd. [2] and Jiangsu Haili Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. [3]) are applying for municipal-level review of their production resumption.

China Consults on Safety Guidelines for Chemical Laboratories
