China MEE to Further Standardize Discharge Management of Industrial Solid Waste

On June 24th, 2021, the China Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) issued a notice ^[1] to publish the draft ecology and environment standard Technical specification for application and issuance of pollutant permit Industrial solid waste management (on trial) and solicit public comments. Enterprises and individuals shall submit comments and suggestions to MEE in writing (electronic documents should be sent to huanpingsierchu@mee.gov.cn at the same time). The public consultation will conclude on July 22nd, 2021.
