On 15 Nov, China MEP issued the 12th batch of China new chemical substance notifications (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) to be approved in 2016 for public consultation. Certificates will be formally issued if no dissenting opinions are raised until 17 Nov.
In this batch, ten notifications are to be approved. The detailed information is specified in Table 1. In addition, China MEP also consults on the modification of one previously issued registration certificate (see Table 2). If no objection is submitted, the modification application will be approved.
