On 11 Sep 2014, China MEP issued the 12th batch and the 13th batch of China new chemical substance notifications (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) to be approved in 2014. The certificates will be issued subject to a period of public consultation due by 15 Sep 2014.
Among the listed 11 notifications, one is joint notification and one is re-notification for increased tonnage band. Apart from the new chemical notifications, China MEP also consults on the modifications of certificate holder and activity type. The details are specified as below.
