On 23 July 2014, China MEP issued on its website three batches of China new chemical substance notifications (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) to be approved in 2014. The certificates for 14 notifications will be issued subject to a period public consultation lasting 3 days.
In total, 20 notifications are to be approved, among which 2 are joint notifications.

For Batch 9, among the listed new chemical substances, 3 are notified as hazardous new chemical substance of priority environmental concern, 1 as hazardous new chemical substance, and the other one as general new chemical substance.
For Batch 10, new chemical substances notified under the 4 individual regular notifications are all classified as hazardous new chemical substance of priority environmental concern. The only one notified under joint notification is classified as hazardous.
For Batch 11, among the listed 10 new chemical substances, 4 are notified as hazardous new chemical substance of priority environmental concern, 4 as hazardous new chemical substance, and the other one as general new chemical substance.
