TR EAEU 041/2017 is progressing with key procedures adopted, but its full implementation, including FVR, notification, and state registration, will be phased over the next 3 to 8 years.

On August 1, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) Council adopted second-tier documents for TR EAEU 041/2017 Technical Regulations on Safety of Chemical Products (also known as Eurasia REACH), making headway for establishing a comprehensive chemical safety framework within the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), which includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.
