India Delays Implementation of Quality Control Orders for Five Chemicals (Updated on March 23, 2023)

Update: On March 23, 2023, the Gazette of India published a decision by DCPC to further delay the implementation of QCOs for ethylene glycol, which is primarily used in the production of polyester fibers, resins, and films, until June 28, 2023.
