Indonesia clarifies permitted HFC import uses under the new rules.

The Indonesian Ministry of Environment and the Environmental Control Agency have issued Regulation Number 25 of 2025, titled Procedures for Issuing Recommendations for Import Approval of Ozone Depleting Substances and Hydrofluorocarbons. Signed on December 4, 2025, and effective as of December 11, 2025, this regulation revokes the previous Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 7 of 2024.
