Japan Revises PDSCA Labeling Guidelines

On December 25, 2025, following the revision of JIS Z 7253 (Hazard communication of chemicals based on GHS – Labelling and SDS), which was announced in the Official Gazette on the same day, a partial revision of the "Points to Note Regarding Labeling on Containers and Packaging of Poisonous or Deleterious Substances under the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act (hereinafter referred to as 'Notification No. 0326-1')" was promulgated.
