Vietnam Promulgates Draft List of Medium and High-Risk Chemical Products for Enhanced Quality Management

Vietnam’s MOIT has notified the WTO of a draft Circular that lists medium-risk and high-risk products and goods, and imported goods will need conformity declaration before being placed on the market.

On May 27, 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam notified the WTO a draft Circular promulgating a list of medium-risk and high-risk products and goods.
